[Rwp] Metronome volume

Now here's something interesting.
The value of the primary beat indicated in the alt shift m dialogue 
changes but the value of the secondary beat does not even though 
obviously both change when you use the sws actions.
because I can hear it.
This is with the 520  pre 35
release again from the top secret laboratorys of the reaper space alien 
super brains.
