[Rwp] Pitchbend and midi?

Look through the parms list and see if there's a setting for that, but 
standard for gm synths if memory serves me is controler 100 with a value 
of 0 and controler 101 with a value of 0 and then data entry 6 with the 
relevant value.
Don't hold me to that, it's been a while, need to look at some of my old 
midi files and see if that's correct, but it's something like that.
