[Rwp] Some sound font libraries with audio effects

Yes the sfz format can do this.
I make instruments all the time, and you can use a text file,
and map up layers say for drum sounds or anything else, and then map the 
keys you want to them,
it can be very complicated or very simple,
Here is a text file with some basic opcodes manual for sfz level 1.

has a good vst player called sforzando for it.
also has rudimentary support for sf2 files, but it's not my first pick 
for that old format.
