Also, if you start by creating two tracks, and select mono input left for
one and mono input right for the other, you could record them both
simultaneously and you wouldn't have to split them.

I no I've ask this before, but its been so long sent I've done this.
My Roland TRI capture records the mic input, and guitar input on the 
left and rite channel in a stereo track.
Now what I'd like to do is, to take the left, and rite channels of that 
track, and split it in to mono.
Is there any way of doing this?
