[Rwp] seeing tempo envelope points when we move to them

My bad, it was a keymap issue.
The alt j and k keys were remapped to different actions with the new 
keymap, and I hadn't merged them.
This was in my portable version as well, i am running one of the pre 
beta versions of reaper as well.
All works good now, sorry for wasting everyone's time 'grin'.
