[Rwp] seeing tempo envelope points when we move to them

I'm still figuring out all that too, but I know that when you use
the move to envelope points with other stuff it will read for you and 
tell you which point it is at.
But when you do it with osara and tempo envelopes, when on the master 
track, you can hit control l and focus the tempo envelope, then the only 
way to see what value you have is to do the alt shift e
and go to the dialoge once you moved to the point and see it's value.
so I'm thinking since we can see the value in the dialogue, it wouldn't
be too har to make it work like other envelopes.
