[Rwp] seeing tempo envelope points when we move to them

Oh. It's on the master track. I'm still not seeing why this is any 
different to tempo markers though. I guess maybe the possibility for 
shapes makes it different? And as far as I can see, this already works 
in OSARA... assuming you can figure out the master track bit. :)
