[Rwp] Some sound font libraries with audio effects

Hi,
I would explain our project, but my english is very bad.
We need to send sound during recording, so actors have an audio feedback 
that help them.
So, if I download some sound efect, how can I set sound on a note of 
midi keyboard?
I downloaded and installed virtual synth from coolsoft.
In reaper I must setup setup coolsoft virtual synth as midi output, but 
I'm unable to do it.
I enabled virtual synth in midi preferences.
