[Rwp] Some sound font libraries with audio effects

You can find lots of sounds on freesound.org. Download as flac or wav. 
Maybe in some easy sampler you can assign sound to a midi note but I am 
not sure why to use midi for something like this. I think that first you 
need to record voices of actors and put sounds after that. I am probably 
missing something important. But as I said, freesound is a great 
startpoint for free CC licensed sounds.
