[Rwp] seeing tempo envelope points when we move to them

If I need to I can file this on github, but you know how we can move to 
and see envelope points for volume and such?
I can move to the tempo points nad use the alt shift e to see the 
values, but can we have them voiced so when we're trying to beat match 
stuff we can see where we're moving to  and the value without having to 
go to that dialogue?
Or is this already possible and I missed it, beat matching isn't my big 
sweet spot, but I am working on making it part of my world more becaue I 
have students interested in it.
