[Rwp] New osara keymap

I hope I posted to the correct place. I created a new issue. To me, that
looks more like a support ticket. Let's see where it goes. I pretty much
posted the same thing I asked here.

Hi list,
Here's a new version of the keymap.
The main changes are:
Ctrl+Alt+Shift+M SWS: Select master track
Ctrl+Shift+J Report edit cursor position W View parameters for current 
Ctrl+Shift+track/item (depending on focus)
Ctrl+Alt+Shift+P OSARA: Configuration

The only change concerning envelopes and envelope points is:
Alt+Shift+E Edit envelope point value at cursor

Use this keymap only with osara. This new file replaces the old one even if
the link is the same.
The same keymap is already available from within the osara website Hope you
like it and find it useful.
I would like to remind everyone that from now on osara works only on reaper
