[Rwp] effect chaining

hello,
here we come back again

i created a track
i inserted another track, then seeded the output of the voice track to the effect track
i go to the newly inserted track, press f to open the effect window
added some effects like delay
then inserted another effect, like a stereo imager
but i see the stereo imager is effecting the original voice, but not the result of the delay
i want the delay output to be stereo imaged or any effect, but no luck...
please explain?
