[Rwp] Reaper compatible midi control surface

Hi geeks,
no need to explain the situation where i live, cause i wont finish.
whenever i order something online (I WISH!) it get returned or stolen
yay, not a surprise this is algeria.

i am traveling to turkey in maybe 2 weeks, then to georgia for some networking project
could someone recommand a general purpose control surface that's compatible with reaper that could be used to do some basic transport control, in adition to volume & pan & custom effect control?
i dont want a special device at i believe that could be found only in special stores maybe out of europ...
please let me know.
