[Rwp] New osara keymap

Hi list,
Here's a new version of the keymap with some new additions concerning 
the usage of envelopes and envelope points.
The main changes are:
Ctrl+Shift+- SWS/FNG: Time compress selected items (fine)
Ctrl+Shift++ SWS/FNG: Time stretch selected items (fine)
Alt+S Xenakios/SWS: Set volume and pan of selected takes...

Changes to the midi editor
Alt+Shift+E Edit: Select all notes in time selection

Working with envelopes and envelope points
Ctrl+Shift+L Select previous envelope
Ctrl+L Select next envelope
Ctrl+Shift+I Insert new point at current position
Alt+Ctrl+4 (Tn) Move selected envelope points left by grid
Alt+Ctrl+6 (Tn) Move selected envelope points right by grid
Alt+2 (Tn) SWS/FNG: Move selected envelope points down
Alt+8 (Tn) SWS/FNG: Move selected envelope points up
Shift+J SWS/BR: Move edit cursor to previous envelope point and select it
Shift+K SWS/BR: Move edit cursor to next envelope point and select it
Alt+Shift+J SWS/BR: Move edit cursor to previous envelope point and add 
to selection
Alt+Shift+K SWS/BR: Move edit cursor to next envelope point and add to 
selection
Alt+Shift+DELETE Delete all points in time selection
Ctrl+Shift+DELETE Delete all selected points
Ctrl+Alt+V Toggle track volume envelope visible
Ctrl+Alt+P Toggle track pan envelope visible
Shift+L View envelopes for current track

Use this keymap only with osara. This new file replaces the old one even 
if the link is the same.
The same keymap is already available from within the osara website
