[Rwp] OT: Dubstep programs or kits?

Hello!

Does anyone know about programs or kits for PC to create dubsteps? There 
are several Synths and Granulators or VST effects, like glitch, where 
you can make a lot of nonsence, when you can see, but maybe there is a 
program that can create some funny dubsteps or other stuff out of 
material you give in. Or a more accessible plugin like glitch.
