[Rwp] Metronom & tempo

Hi,

You'll find the metronome settings in the Options menu, under
Metronome/Pre-roll. For some reason though, setting the tempo doesn't
live in the same place. To set that, go to project settings in the
File menu (or hit Alt+Enter), and you'll find the project BPM setting
under the first tab.
