[Rwp] Accessible vst fx

Hi David,

Stock plugins means the plugins that come free and installed along
with Reaper. Pretty much every DAW (digital audio workstation) comes
with a bunch of stock plugins nowadays. Reaper goes very light on
synths, and doesn't include any loop libraries like many of its
competitors, but what's there is plenty powerful to get good results
with audio.
