[Rwp] Automating effects

I'm afraid I can't describe it step by step without replicating the steps
myself but, when you press f4 to bring up the actions list, there is a new
button that will bring up a create custom action dialuge. You designate a
name for that action in the first edit box, then search in the second for
the first action you want to perform. Once you've typed in your search term,
you can either drag it to the next list, which starts off empty, or I
believe you can copy and paste. So, if you want to raise the pitch of an
item by an octave say, you would need to drag/paste the same action into the
second list 12 times. Tehre is a consolidate undo points checkbox so that
you can undo the whole chain if you check it with one undo. 

My custom action increases the volume by 0.5 DB instead of the default. You
then just designate a shortcut and job done. 

Thing is, I can't get NVDA to read the contents of that list so it'll take
some experimenting with.
