[Rwp] Effect chaining

Hey, I just realized something reaper's fx sends are stereo.

So it's not necessary to use two of them to get a stereo send like on a
traditional board
so knowing reaper there's probably a width control somewhere to go
between mono and full out stereo and everything in between.

Sometimes you want a plain old mono send.
