[Rwp] Get started with reaper

hi!
since things should be working fine, you can evaluating the latest 
version to begin with and go through the tutorials on reaperaccess.
For the sake of simplisity you can grab the last version of reaaccess 
since it still works fine even in the latest version of reaper.
Osara is a good tool but, there are no so much feedback on what you do.
As for getting started with reaper itself, it's a good idea to read 
through the pages at http://www.reaperaccess.com
Depending on what you want to do with reaper, i'm sure we can help you out.
