[Rwp] Plug-in pin connector

The MDA vocoder only has two inputs anyway.
I usually just have a vocoder like that on it's own dedicated track,
then send from two other tracks that don't route back to parent send for
a completely wet signal, sending 1/2 of mod track to vocoder channel 1,
and 1/2 of carrier track to vocoder channel 2 (or maybe it's the other
way around, I don't remember.) I do it this way to insure that panning
has no affect, as both carrier and modulator, at least on that plugin,
are mono.
I don't know how to effectively use the pin thingy, however.

Reaper's vocoder is a little different. It takes a stereo input for both
mod and carrier (not that I personally think it's worth it.) Last time I
used it, I had to send one source to 1/2 and the other to 3/4 on a
four-channel track, or maybe I just used odd pairs (1/3 only, or 1 and
3/4, ignoring two for a mono input to get a stereo output on the vocoder
track.) It was something like that, anyway.
