[Rwp] How to handle DGKeyMap03-10-2015?

I think f4 was part of the reaaccess map, and isn't a default key.


I must confess to falling behind on making sure that the osara site has the 
latest map.  We've probably added over 40 keys, not to mention all of 
genlukas work on midi, over the last 7 months.
