[Rwp] 32-bit Plugins in 64-bit Reaper or 32-bit plugins in 32-bit Reaper?

Though I am new to the software, while I am looking throw the 
preference, it seems there is a setting to allow bridging those 32bit 
plugins into the 64bit software.
