[Rwp] using Reaper with Asio4all

wow this is ... interesting advice I had that same problem because
there were two playback devices marked as ready, one of them was
labelled as "digital output" ont he Windows playback devices list. I
disabled that one and then the problema was gone. Of course, if you
are using NVDA, press control plus NVDA plus s and set your speech to
go through your internal speakers, usually its set to the Microsoft
audio mapper or assigner and that is causing the problem when you
launch reaper. I thought asio was better for everything I have no
problems using it at this time.
