[Rwp] VST install path

The reason I mention this is that it's often easier to just drop a dll
if it allows it, in to the existing reaper default vst plugin folder
than to create a new one.
Maybe they've improved the auto scan feature, but I never had good luck
with it, so I always manually put another folder in if need be rather
than letting reaper try to find it, other than the default folder reaper
always scans.
