[Rwp] Reaper and Windows 10 Support

Well, you won't have a choice by 2020 as Windows 7 extended support
ends officially then. Windows Ten will be supported until 2025. And
who knows if we will be forced as such. Microsoft really does want
people off older versions of Windows though and specificly on Ten
though, to be sure. Why do you think they changed the way Windows
updates amongst other things work? You will have no choice at all
about device drivers, etc. You will be updated, no questions asked,
and while you can defer Windows updates for a time in the Pro edition
of Windows Ten, you must update regardless in the long run. And like I
say, this means anything Microsoft wishes to do with your computer.
Device drivers etc. Nothing is optional as far as updates any longer.
And as for the home users? They're stuck with updates no way to turn
them off.
