[Rwp] Reaper and Windows 10 Support

I run and develop with REAPER on Windows 10. No problems here so far. I 
did see a message on this list the other day about some WASAPI problem, 
though. I use WASAPI here sometimes but only for very rough testing when 
I'm without my proper audio interface. When I have my audio interface, I 
use ASIO.
