If you can, avoid using asio4all. If you must use it, use another audio 
device for speech. Also, you could try Windows Audio Session in shared 
mode as a last resort. This works well on some devices, not at all on 
others. Exclusive mode will give you much better latency, but you'll 
have the same problem you're experiencing with asio4all now.
