[Rwp] Osara and automation

Well, at least with Osara and Reaper 5 we can automate effects 
parameters on a whole track. Sure is easier and beats the slow 
complicated and time-consuming method of creating items, putting the 
effects on an item and doing fake automation tricks from there. Nice job Jamie.
