Hi all.

I know that automation has been discussed a lot on this list, however I am
confused. What are all the different modes for and when do I use them? I am
able to get the automation to take affect by using alt with the up and down
arrows for volume and left and right for panning, but that's all I am able
to do. I have tried going into Osara's parameter list and using page up and
down, however no such luck with automating that. Using alt up and down works
but it is so annoying. I wish I could just type values.
So could somebody please be so kind as to explain this automation stuff and
how to use it? How do we arm envelopes for automating?
