[Rwp] setting optimal sample rate and depth/rendering etc

Ah, interesting. It wasn't there for WASAPI shared mode, perhaps because in that case, it's determined by Windows. I can't remember whether it's there with WASAPI exclusive or ASIO and can't check right now.
