[Rwp] starting out with reaper

Hey all,
I’m a new member of the list, and have recently become interested in using reaper.
I’m an NVDA user and am wondering what some of the accessibility plugins you guys recommend as well as any tips anyone may have about starting out.
Is reaaccess still the best, or is osara better?
Any help is appreciated.
