[Rwp] Osara Feedback Regarding Time Selections: Is My Mind Playing Tricks On Me?

Nope, that option is definitely turned on, but you're naturally
correct - it doesn't have anything to do with Osara.
I have installed Reaper on another machine running the same OS (Win7
x64) and the same version of NVDA (2015.3). As far as I can tell and
remember my NVDA configuration there is identical to that on my main
machine. On the secondary machine NVDA reported everything just as I
had remembered it and so I saved a test project file to see whether
this has something to do with my Reaper project settings. But when I
opened this project on my main PC it still didn't work as on the other
machine. I installed a portable copy of Reaper, however, and there it
worked just as on the other PC. From examining the differences between
the two installs of Reaper I found out that this info only gets spoken
if 'Transport' in the view menu is enabled, which is pretty logical,
because when it's disabled, this info does not seem to appear on the
screen.
So there you have it. All that experimentation only to find out the obvious. :)
