[Rwp] Osara Feedback Regarding Time Selections: Is My Mind Playing Tricks On Me?

OSARA doesn't do this, but if you're using NVDA, this info is often
picked up by NVDA when it calculates the description of one of the
REAPER windows. This isn't really intentional. The reason it happens is
rather difficult to explain, so you shouldn't rely on it always doing
this. Nevertheless, I don't know what could have changed to stop this
from happening. Did you disable reporting of object descriptions in NVDA?
