Il try that. Do you know of any good samplers? I am trying to do like a resampling trick where I feed all the tracks in to the sampler, then I can trigger different parts of the song like that...

You can get around the UI of most Reaper stock FX reasonably well with NVDA screen review. This sometimes makes more sense than tabbing through the dialogue.
