[Rwp] Healing Splits in Items

Hey Justin,

I could have this wrong, but so far as I understand it, healing only
works if you haven't made any changes to the beginnings and ends of
items since splitting them. At least, that's how it seems to work
here. If you're trying to combine several items into one that weren't
in that order before splitting or have been edited since splitting,
perhaps glue in the same menu would work better? That generates a new
file, which might be an annoyance, but it's usually what I go with
when heal doesn't work here.
