[Rwp] Focusing problems with reaper and Osara

It'd be great if you can file a GitHub issue with a list of exact steps to reproduce this in the simplest way possible, including what actions to take, what settings to set when, etc. For now, just one case is enough; I'll ask for more if needed. I'm having trouble following exactly what to do here.
Also, it's worth checking that the stretch marker is really there. Sometimes, the stretch marker navigation commands seem to move to spots that previously had stretch markers, even though they don't now. You can confirm this by pressing delete to see if you get "stretch marker deleted". If you don't, there isn't a stretch marker there after all.
