[Rwp] Creating Items

When I'm starting a project that I know is going to include lots of
sound effects, I create a scrap project and import all the sounds, then
start the proper one. this means I don't have to do a lot of unnecessary
soloing and unsoloing but all the sounds I like are in one place,
readily accessible and can be played with without any risk of breaking
the project that matters.
