[Rwp] Focusing problems with reaper and Osara

I'm not in front of Reaper tonight, but wondered whether someone can
run a test of whether this happens with ReaAccess as well so that we
can figure out whether it's an OSARA issue or a Reaper API issue? We
can't test with stretch markers obviously seeing as ReaAccess doesn't
have the same functionality, but normal markers (whatever they're
called) and tempo markers should be enough to prove the point I
reckon.

Any takers?
