[Rwp] Focusing problems with reaper and Osara

I don't think REAPER allows you to insert a stretch marker at the start 
of an item. If you want to move the start, you'd move the item start 
itself and then stretch as needed within the item. Stretch markers work 
*within* an item, not outside of it.
