[Rwp] Focusing problems with reaper and Osara

It's hard to know how to tell it to other people developing Reaper
that I have this problem cause most people that can see don't use
these special scripts, so not sure exactly what breaks.
Another interesting problem I also had a few Days ago was when I had a
Project with an item that started at the beginning of the Project.
For some reason I couldn't add a stretch marker there. Or if it was
added it didn't show.
So what I did to work around that was to scrub to about 1% after the
Project start, add a stretch marker there and then I simply moved it
to the beginning.
Oh well we need to experiment more with this and figure out the best
ways to work around these problems for now.
