[Rwp] Creating Items

It really shouldn't be much different in OSARA versus ReaAccess. One
difference I can think of is that ReaAccess unselects all items every
time you move to a new track, which isn't what REAPER does by default
(and OSARA doesn't change that).
If you want to avoid the potential pitfalls, though, why not just work
on it in a separate project and cut the items between them? REAPER does
allow multiple projects open at once. That way, it's closer to your
SoundForge workflow, only all within one app.
