[Rwp] Steven Slate Drums and Trigger

Hey Chris,

I think Trigger is fairly usable in Reaper after having working eyes
help you save out presets. Parameters are fairly well labeled and
usable. Not as accessible as I'd like it to be of course, but in terms
of hassle-free operation and matching dynamics of the original part it
does do a good job, so I find myself going back to it rather than
looking for an alternative. Since ILM is now more usable, that's one
less reason to avoid anything licensed using an iLok.

No experience with Slate Drums here, but I'd like to know whether
anybody else has things to say about getting stuff done with them in
Windows too. I'm using EZDrummer 2 now which sounds pretty good, but
tbh I'd gladly make the switch over if SSD are usable, because while I
enjoy the sound and price of some Toontrack products, I haven't
enjoyed their attitude during accessibility related contact so much.
