[Rwp] Ivory?

Hi Dave,
Whenever you take this for a spin in Reaper, please post back and let
us know how the Shift+P dialogue copes with changing presets. I'm
curious because I've requested this functionality from many a plugin
developer, and the few who have made it happen haven't been outputting
formatted values, so instead of seeing preset names like "The Wizards
Sleave", we just get a number between 0.0 and 1.0, then have to try
and figure out what incrament will change the preset etc. More often
than not, by the time I've done that, I could've dialed in something I
prefer from scratch anyway lol. If Ivory does this better, I'd like to
cite it as an example of a job well done when filing accessibility
requests in future.
