[Rwp] New osara keymap

If I press Control m I get "mixer view visseble". However the add
stretch marker key is mapped to Another hotkey, I might've done that
way earlyer. I'm actually unsure if I'm using the latest keymap now,
however I can select items by pressing Control shift and errows, and
that didn't work earlyer.
