[Rwp] New osara keymap

Well just updated both the keymap and Osara and can not see the new
hotkeys related to stretch markers in there, the hotkey to add should
be Control m and I can't see it in the actions list, also still not
sure if we can move the position of stretch markers once we got them
in a Project. It's strange I can't see the new hotkeys though.
