[Rwp] New osara keymap

[Tor Tollhag]

btw, where do I get the latest keymap? Is it still from the Osara
github page? I downloaded it yesterday and the name was exactly the
same as the keymap I already have, and I actually need the latest one,
especially cause I can select items on a track with it like I used to
do with reaaccess.
Also I'm actually using Reaper with Osara now for recording sessions,
so important I get this working.
