[Rwp] New osara keymap

Hi there. New keymap seems interesting, have to play with it.
When it comes to stretch markers though I still haven't figured out
the difference between that and normal tempo markers.
Also not sure how many stretch markers you would have to add to let's
say gradually change the tempo in a time selection for x number of
bars in a Project. I will definetly mess around with this.
