[Rwp] New osara keymap

Hi list,
Here I am with a new keymap
Here are the main changes:
Ctrl+Shift+; View: Move cursor left to grid division
Ctrl+Shift+' View: Move cursor right to grid division
Shift+Win+DELETE Delete all markers (projegt markers)

Thanks to Jamie we can now work with stretch markers

Ctrl+M Add stretch marker at cursor
Alt+M OSARA: Move last focused stretch marker to current edit cursor 
position
Shift+; go to previous stretch marker
Shift+' go to next stretch marker
Win+DELETE Remove all stretch markers
Ctrl+DELETE Remove all stretch markers in time selection

Use this keymap only with osara. This new file replaces the old one even 
if the link is the same.
The same keymap is already available from within the osara website
