[Rwp] Understanding Envelope Visibility + Should Something Be Done in Osara?

I've just pushed a change which will report the track number and name 
associated with the selected envelope. It still has to walk through all 
tracks, but I guess it shouldn't be too bad. If it does become a major 
issue, we'll have to push Cockos for some better API.
